Vehicle Acquisition Summary Report - Customers Tab
The Customers tab on the Report Results panel on the Vehicle Acquisition Summary screen is used to review information about vehicle acquisitions based on customer type, such as first-time service customers or repeat sales customers.
Note - The Customers tab is only available when Vehicle Acquisition Transaction Date is entered in the Type field on the Report Criteria panel.

To access the Customers tab, select the Customers tab on the Report Results panel on the Vehicle Acquisition Summary screen. |
The Customer Summary panel is used to review information about vehicle acquisitions, such as the number of customer interactions sent and the number of acquisition matches. An acquisition match is a vehicle acquired from an XtreamService lead.
The following items are available in the Customer Summary panel.
Total Interactions Sent: The number of customer interactions sent during the entered date range displays. Customer interactions occur when employees communicate with customers, such as during service appointments or sales campaigns.
Total Acquisition Matches: The number of acquisition matches during the entered date range displays. An acquisition match is a vehicle acquired from an XtreamService lead.
Top Interaction: The campaign that generated the most acquisition matches displays.
The Customer Type section is used to review the number of acquisition matches based on the type of customers from whom vehicles were acquired. An acquisition match is a vehicle acquired from an XtreamService lead.

The following items are available in the Customer Type section.
Type: The type of customers displays.
The following types of customers can display.

Service Acquisition Customers. These customers have service history but no previous history selling vehicles to the dealership prior to the report time frame.

Repeat Acquisition Customers. These customers have history selling vehicles to the dealership prior to the report time frame.

Other Acquisition Customers. These customers have no previous service history or history selling vehicles to the dealership prior to the report time frame.

The unlabeled Customer Type Details panel is used to review details such as the type of customer interaction and the vehicle acquired from the customer.
The following items are available in the Customer Details panel.
Customer Name: The name of the customer from whom a vehicle was acquired displays.
Phone Number: The customer's primary phone number displays.
Address: The customer's street address displays.
Interaction Group: The campaign during which the customer interaction that led to a vehicle acquisition occurred displays. Customer interactions occur when employees communicate with customers, such as during service appointments or sales campaigns.
Interaction Type: An icon displays to indicate the type of customer interaction during which a vehicle was acquired.

Sent Date: The date on which the interaction was sent displays.
Acquired Vehicle: The year, make, and model of vehicle acquired from the customer display.
